Meet Our Franchisees
Kimberly Hendren
President, CC Holdings, Inc.
CC Holdings, Inc. has opened four Nature’s Table cafes, three in Indianapolis, IN and one in Cincinnati, OH based on the healthful menu that Nature’s Table has developed. The airport and healthcare and teaching campuses on which we operate Nature’s Table are very concerned about providing healthful menu options for their staff, students and visitors. The Nature’s Table team has been very responsive to these menu concerns and has worked with us to provide a wide selection of healthy and delicious alternatives.
The smoothie menu alone is outstanding and offers a tasty alternative beverage, or stand-alone snack.
The Nature’s Table support team has risen to the challenge of supporting our cafes. Your pro-team helped insure successful openings and the on-going support has given me the confidence to seek additional locations for Nature’s Table in the Midwest.
Yuen and Namil Kang
Tampa, Florida
After spending five years of operating a busy sushi restaurant in downtown Tampa, Yuen and I were very hesitant on owning another fast paced restaurant. We were diligently searching for a business in an office building that offered reduced hours so we can have weekends and more time to ourselves. Another attractive factor is that the main concept of Nature’s Table is focused on an eco-friendly, health conscious perspective. Nature’s Table uses products that are biodegradable which keeps the earth much cleaner.
The two week training from Nature’s Table headquarters in Orlando is a MUST! Throughout the training, we are thoroughly taught how to prepare items and be able to serve them with utmost confidence. The management staff also taught us how to maximize the profit by effectively utilizing portion control methods. The operations team were extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and we were trained in almost every facet of the business. I am very grateful for their support.
We continue to be happy with the help and support we receive from corporate and our customers are happy with the quality and menu items received. Owning your own business is challenging but with the Nature’s Table business model it makes life easier affording us the time we love to spend with our family and friends.
